Charity fraudster profiting on generosity of everyday Australians

A convicted charity fraudster who has previously been sent to jail for his crimes has been caught running fraudulent charity sausage sizzles. Advertising for staff on Gumtree, Eddy Andrews pays them a commission of $1 per sausage sandwich sold. The job descriptions posted on Gumtree reads: “We have a number of positions available for cooking a BBQ and sell to commence immediately.” “A dash of humour, a big smile and is willing to ask everybody to buy a product.” One volunteer at a stall in Brisbane admitted to A Current Affair that they were working on commission…
