The Fukushima nuclear plant has been leaking contaminated water again

Highly radioactive water has again been discovered leaking from the Fukushima nuclear plant in Japan, the site of a severe meltdown in 2011. Tokyo Electric Power Co. (TEPCO), the plant’s operator, detected contamination levels 70 times higher than normal on Sunday.
